If possible add Meditation as a part of your daily routine, and if not then atleast allow yourself to sit for 5 minutes and just focus on breathing. Crush that thought of bringing others down and instead focus on building your own Skill, and if you think that you don’t have any then trust me YOU DO! Just explore, try out new things until it transform into your hobby. Always remember, helping yourself to get up once you fall is more empowering then bringing others down.
TIME FOR A MAKEOVER
The concept of Beauty is very subjective in nature, pamper yourself as much as you want. When was the last time you actually took a proper bath devoid of any unnecessary thoughts lingering in your mind while you take a shower? So hop into your shower, put on some good music and take the best shower of your life. Everyday. Also there is nothing wrong in wearing your favourite outfit while you lounge around at your home and take some cute polaroids.
TIME TO GET UP
In our distressful situations we often gravitate towards our bed and nap all day long, and during the times when we are awake we often stress our mind and body by overthinking and drowning in the pool of tension, which in turn results in Depression and many a times we seem to remain unaware of it. Learn to train your mind that everything happens for a reason, deriving the good out of the bad might sound bizzare but it’s not impossible. So get up from your bed, take a shower comb your hair, pick up your phone and Delete all the contact numbers that you believe is the reason for your distress, and probably go for a walk with your furry friend(your pet), or your mom or your dad or your sibling or your friends or Yourself. Activate yourself and if you think you need professional help Go and return back stronger.
