Master The Art Of “Revenge”

When something bad happens to us and we believe that the reason why we are upset right now is because of somebody else, or because of a situation we had absolutely no Control over, the immediate thought that comes to our mind is wishing ill fate over the other person, or cursing our own faith. Sometimes we even go beyond and plan all sort of negative actions against the other person and some even execute it, which results damaging several lives. Revenge when plotted against can be termed as a human/self inflicted emotional distress.

Humans have a tendency of gravitating towards the negative aspects of every Emotion. In this Blog I am going to tell you how You can trick “Revenge” itself, and drive out the positivity out of it. So grab some snacks and let’s begin!

Yes. You read it right! Allow yourself to breathe for a moment. Pause for a while, sit back, relax and Breathe. Breathing helps you calm your distressful mind and think rationally once you get up. We are often in a hurry to rush things and make a greater deal out of everything, many a times our thoughts are more problematic than our actual problem itself. If possible add Meditation as a part of your daily routine, and if not then atleast allow yourself to sit for 5 minutes and just focus on breathing. It will not only help you get rid of the unwanted and disturbing thoughts but also help you clear up your mind and your soul will radiate positive energy.

Crush that thought of bringing others down and instead focus on building your own Skill, and if you think that you don’t have any then trust me YOU DO! Just explore, try out new things until it transform into your hobby. Always remember, helping yourself to get up once you fall is more empowering then bringing others down.

The concept of Beauty is very subjective in nature, pamper yourself as much as you want. When was the last time you actually took a proper bath devoid of any unnecessary thoughts lingering in your mind while you take a shower? So hop into your shower, put on some good music and take the best shower of your life. Everyday. Also there is nothing wrong in wearing your favourite outfit while you lounge around at your home and take some cute polaroids.

In our distressful situations we often gravitate towards our bed and nap all day long, and during the times when we are awake we often stress our mind and body by overthinking and drowning in the pool of tension, which in turn results in Depression and many a times we seem to remain unaware of it. Learn to train your mind that everything happens for a reason, deriving the good out of the bad might sound bizzare but it’s not impossible. So get up from your bed, take a shower comb your hair, pick up your phone and Delete all the contact numbers that you believe is the reason for your distress, and probably go for a walk with your furry friend(your pet), or your mom or your dad or your sibling or your friends or Yourself. Activate yourself and if you think you need professional help Go and return back stronger.

So, these were some of the points i picked up for you all. I hope i was able to help you in someway, the Best Revenge you can ever plot is by focusing on your own mental and physical growth, the rest is all temporary. Ignore Them. Think wisely and always Remember Good days are on the way!!

  1. Sometimes it might take years for a good day to come. But would there be more love in the world, a good day would be waiting just around the corner.

Thank you that you started blogging and also seem to like what I do. πŸ™‚
I am very thankful for that because not many people can follow my thoughts or way of thinking. πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

      1. For me it depends, sometimes I am a little “scared” reading a post, depending on the topic of some of the blogs I follow. (Might sound silly, but that is how it is.) And sometimes I look it up later, when I feel better about it. So I don’t read or can keep up with every blog I follow. Looking on my YouTube Abo list I would also have a problem (~ 1000 subscribed channels) ^^

But sometimes here pops an interesting post up or a video there and so it goes. But yes, people I really care about, I try to get everything I can, to understand more or sometimes also help. πŸ’›πŸ’•

      2. I can feel you. It’s not possible to keep up with each post but the one’s which does pop up are worth a read. The wordpress community feels safe for some reason. And the people here are full of stories, that’s what make it more interesting. One read a day can also make you feel so positive it’s amazing! πŸ’«
